[Gradebook] 'Hide Grades' wording

Problem statement:

the wording 'Hide Grades' in the gradebook has a dubious meaning. Instructors think that by clicking it they will hide grades in general, which is not what happens.

Proposed solution:

change the name to 'Hide Posted Grades.' Simple and descriptive.
