[Gradebook] History Restore Button

Problem statement:

If an error is made in the grade book, it requires manual correction. This likely happens when importing a CSV gradebook file. There is no way to automatically restore the gradebook from inside Canvas. In particular it would be nice to restore or revert back to a previous date on a gradebook column.

Proposed solution:

There should be a button in the gradebook history tab that would allow you to revert to the previous grade.
