[Gradebook] Move columns with clicking option, not by moving with mouse

Problem statement:

I was working with a teacher today and she brought up a good suggestion. In modules, there is a clicking option to move items up or down to different areas of modules. It would be nice if there was something similar for the columns in the Gradebook. As it is set now, if there are a lot of assignments, it is not easy to drag a column from the far right to the far left of the gradebook. 

Proposed solution:

If there was a clicking option, where you could tell where you would like the column to go, it would be easier. Thanks!
