I currently have my gradebook settings to automatically assign a 0% when assignments are missing. On assignments that have the submission type of extension tool, it doesn't know its missing. I have to go in individually and change the grade status to missing. My life would be so much simpler if I was able to select multiple when applying a grading status like: Missing or Late.
If I was able to select multiple students when applying a grading status. This might be hard to make simple with recoding the website. So an alternative that would be easier to code/program would be to... go to gradebook, select the 3 dots next to the assignment, click "set default grade" then type 0 and have a check box that says mark status as missing.
