[Gradebook] Simplified export of final grades

Problem statement:

In order to transfer the final grade to the Student Service System at the end of the semester, it is necessary to export the complete overview from the gradebook, including the matriculation number with h. Exporting final grades requires extensive preparation and is time consuming.

Proposed solution:

It should be possible to customize the output, e.g. select as csv output only the matriculation number with/without "h" and the final grade.
