[Gradebook] automatic flagging of grades that are above the maximum

Feature request:  automatically highlight grades that are above maximum with some bright color to alert the teacher that they may have made a data entry error.  The text notification at the top of the page when a teacher first enters a too high score is small text and nothing draws the eye to it.

I think that this feature will make teacher and students lives much better as mis-typed grades may not happen anymore saving instruction time and getting accurate grades.
