When an incomplete/complete assignment, worth 0-points, with multiple attempts, is graded as "complete" and an additional attempt is submitted, the "use this same grade for the resubmission" will cause the grade to change to "incomplete" in Grades. The instructor must manually change the grade back to "complete" for every attempt following the first. All attempts, following first attempt graded as "complete" for a 0-point assignment, should also be graded as "complete" when the instructor selects "use this same grade for the resubmission".
