When importing from Moodle version 4 or later into Canvas, classic quizzes are created using the first version of a question, not the latest. (Moodle introduced a question versioning system in version 4 to track question changes.) ALL versions of questions ARE added as separate questions to classic quiz question banks created by the import. The content import process should drop any quiz question versions that are not the latest version; classic quizzes should be created with that version of the question.
