[Inbox] Choose to Add Pronouns in email signature

Problem statement:

Even though users in Canvas LMS may choose to enable pronouns they do not attach to emails; Canvas emails are highly impersonal and this would add more personalization to the barren Canvas emails. (Most organizations have email signature lines/footers, but Canvas doesn't 😞 Since users can choose or not choose to add pronouns and enable them, it does not infringe on anyone's liberty either.

Proposed solution:

for those that enter and enable pronouns, attach to Canvas email signature next to or below the name of the sender
