[Mobile - Canvas Parent] Show announcements for courses in the Parent App

In the Canvas Parent App, the Announcements show up in the "Alerts" section but you can't filter it by subject and you can't get back to them if you clear out the notification. It appears the only way to access course-specific announcements is for the teacher to include a link to the announcements on their homepage. I would like to see an announcements tab added to the Parent App for each course.

Yes, announcements tab added to the Parent App for each course would be much easier. Those parents didn't change the alert setting don't get any notification via the apps. This is troublesome.
