[Mobile - Canvas Student] Notifications in Conversations

We get notifications in Conversations only when we're logged in and using it.
It would be great so see in real time who's active on a conversations and when people post messages through the Canvas student app at any time. Otherwise, students don't use it and prefer to rely on Whatsapp, Discord and other chat apps where they get notified at any time.
