[Mobile - Canvas Teacher] Grades Passback via Mobile App

Problem statement:

Teachers are not able to sync grades to our SIS with the grades passback feature in the Canvas mobile app. Currently, they can only perform this action via a web browser.

Proposed solution:

Add an option for using the grades passback feature to sync with our SIS within the Canvas mobile app.
