[Mobile - Canvas Teacher] Include More Details in Late Marker in Speedgrader

Problem statement:

In the iOS Teacher app, late work is marked as Late, and it tells me when it was submitted.  But with multiple sections, it's hard to keep track and do that math myself.  On the web speedgrader, it tells me how late it was (1.1 days late).  I don't use the auto-late penalties for this reason (I'd just count that as 1 day late). 

Proposed solution:

It would be nice if the "Late" flag was instead "1.1 Days Late".
