[Modules] Allow users to resize Text Header items
The Text Header module item is often used by faculty members to provide quick, additional information to users, and not always as a sub-header for the module. Because of this, the size of the text is often disproportionate - the Text Header items have a font size larger than that of the assignment/page titles that are displayed on other items in the module. Further, the indenting of a text header also does not resize the header text, resulting in visually confusing structure to the modules.
Allow users to resize the Text Header module item font size. This will allow the design of the module to best represent instructors desire, and provide a better visual experience for learners where the Text Headers do not overwhelm the rest of the module.
