Problem statement:

Students have to click on each assignment to see if they have completed it already.

Proposed solution:

Change the color of a quiz or assignment title blue in the modules menu when it has been completed. This can be implemented through the submit button code for a quiz or assignment. It could modify a binary 1 or 0 in the database which gets pulled when the main page loads.
