[Modules] Insert before or after

Problem statement:

I am in the process of inserting new assignments into my modules. The problem is that each time I add to the module the new assignment/page/header adds to the bottom of the module. It would save time if we could insert above or below an already placed assignment, rather than scrolling down to the bottom and then moving it to its new place within the module.

Proposed solution:

Include on the 3 dot selection menu an "+ above" or "+ below" option (similar to adding rows or columns in tables).
