[Modules] Module access to specific groups, sections or students

It would be great if I could give Modules unique gating rules specific to individual students or groups or sections within the course, similar to how I can create unique assignment due dates for different students and sections.

This feature would be extremely beneficial for teaching and learning, and is actually a feature we were able to utilize in a previous learning management system. Our teachers are feeling it's absence in a big way. An example of where this is going to be a big problem for us is our human growth and development lessons, which parents can opt students out of. In those situations, those modules should NOT be viewable for students who have been opted out - and individually assigning modules would be ideal for this. Thank you for considering!

Problem statement:

There is no way to hide some modules from specific students. We can give different assignments to specific students but we cannot do this for modules or pages.

Proposed solution:

There should be an option in edit part of the modules so we can add or remove specific students from that module. In this case, some students cannot access those modules.

Problem statement:

It would be nice if when editing a module that not only can you change the date when a module is open, but have additional settings to either open it for one student or set the parameters for a certain student or section for a module to open on a different date. This would allow a student who has an emergency to be able and work on content without opening it up for the entire class.

Proposed solution:

Best case scenario would be to have additional settings similar to an assignment that you can not only lock the module on settings already available, such as work needing to be completed in the previous module or moving through a module in a certain order and that you can have it locked till a certain date, but you can open it for only a certain section on x date and if a student needed it opened earlier for some reason just like an assignment you can click on the + and set a particular date for a student or students.
