[Modules] See "SYNC" of assignments on modules view

Problem statement:

Teacher cannot see what is "synced" to our gradebook from the module view. You have to click on each individual assignment to see what is synced and what is not synced. You can go to the assignments section, but then all assignments are not in any order.

Proposed solution:

Add a small icon either on the title of the assignment or over to the right by where the published/unpublished icon is.
