[Modules] Student Progress by Section Filter

Problem statement:

When looking at student progress in modules, teachers see all the students in their course which can be large (over a hundred students).

Proposed solution:

Please add an option when looking at student progress in modules for teachers to filter by section in order to make the list of students more manageable.
