[New Analytics] Create Reports Older than Two Weeks

Problem statement:

Instructors would like to create reports in New Analytics that contains information from the entire semester. This would be very helpful when trying to determine the level of student activity in a course.

Proposed solution:

Increase the ability to create reports that include information for at least four months
