[New Analytics] Online Attendance - Save "Class Days" choices for future

Problem statement:

The new "Online Attendance" feature in New Analytics requires users to re-select the "Class days" that the class meets every single time a teacher checks attendance for a given course. Unless the teacher is lucky enough to have courses that meet every day Monday through Friday, there are many needless clicks required each time attendance is checked.

Proposed solution:

"Class days should instead default to the most recent selection or give teachers the option to save their selection. This would streamline the process for teachers whose classes meet on days different than the Mon-Fri default.
