[New Analytics] course activity report - increasing data collected from 30 days to 3 months.

Problem statement:

When viewing Course Activity reports - the data downloaded is great but only for the last 30 days. With most semesters running for 3 months- can this download include the last 3 months of course activity? often teaching staff want to understand student behaviour and interactions with their course prior to the previous 30 days.

Proposed solution:

Increase the data download period from 30 days to 3 months for the New Analytics - Course activity report
