In another LMS, instructors and admins had a quick way to verify the IP address of a submitted quiz. They could enter a "quiz event log" and see the quiz attempt information and the IP address. This is incredibly useful for managing academic integrity and is lacking in Canvas. The IP is available but it's buried in Page Views (a rather tedious "tool" for dealing with academic integrity issues) and not useful in most cases when wanting to compare an entire classes IP.
Since the IP address is already being logged (we know this from Page Views), there has to be a way to display it along with a date/time stamp for a submitted quiz. It should be quick and easy to get the IP address for a quiz attempt for any quiz and any student. Maybe it's found under Moderate Quiz, part of their Speedgrader results, or also found in the Student Analysis of Quiz Statistics - ideally it would be in multiple places. Understanding if there is cheating going on during high stakes, professional programs, especially such as Dentistry or Nursing, is highly valuable to stakeholders. It is a long found tool in another LMS and since transitionint to Canvas from that LMS, this is one area that we need to built up.
