[New Quizzes] Add ability to resubmit or extend time on a submitted quiz

If it's possible it would be great to have the ability to resubmit or extend time on a submitted quiz, so not the subsequent quiz attempt. This would reflect a quiz, mid-term or final, that may extend over a couple of days and the instructor wants to guage submissions in first time period, then allow students to continue into the next time period to conclude the quiz.
