[New Quizzes] Add "show question details" to item banks

Problem statement:

Item banks often have many questions in them. Currently, the only way to check the details is to click the down arrow next to each one, very tedious. Question banks had a "show question details" button (at least if there were less than 25 questions in the bank, another sore point), which was very helpful.

Proposed solution:

Put a check box to show the question details at the top of the bank.
