[New Quizzes] Add to Student Report: Stopped viewing the quiz

Problem statement:

Students leave the testing page for a period of time, but to see them as the teacher we have to click each student individually and scroll through.

Proposed solution:

It would be beneficial to have on the Student Analysis report run to have the total time a student stopped viewing the testing page. Then we know which students to check on their logs. OR have a notification go out each time a student stops viewing the testing page.
