[New Quizzes] Allow teacher to input the specific points for the number of correct answers in a question

Problem statement:

The VietNam's Ministry of Education and Training announces illustrative questions for the high school graduation exam from 2025. There is a new multiple-choice exam question format which is True/false multiple-choice questions, each question has 4 ideas, and students must answer true/false for each idea of the question. Students receive 0.1 points if they answer one idea properly, 0.25 points if they answer two ideas correctly, 0.5 points if they answer three ideas correctly, and one point if they answer all ideas correctly. I recommend that all of my clients use a new quiz "Matching" question type. However, one issue that does not meet our client's requirements is the grading policy. With matching question types, the grading will be evenly divided based on the number of ideas in a question. So if students answer one idea properly, they will receive 0.25 points instead of 0.1 points as policy.

Proposed solution:

In "Partial credit" grading type, enable the teacher to configure that if student answers how many correct ideas in a question, they will get how many points
