When a teacher writes a question in new quizzes and adds it to an item bank, it will allow the teacher to select an outcome from the course or the root account. If the item is edited in the bank you cannot select a course outcome, only a root account outcome.
I would like the option to be able to edit outcomes in a preexisting question found in an item bank with course outcomes and not exclusively root level outcomes. This will allow teachers to track their student data on a custom level and save them time by not forcing them to rewrite the question from scratch.
