[New Quizzes] Display Availability Times to Students

When administering a New Quiz that has a specific timed availability window defined, the dates of the availability window are displayed to the student, but not the times.

For example, this quiz is only open from 9am-10am, but that information is not visible anywhere.

Please display this information for New Quizzes, as it is critical information to successfully administer a quiz.

Note that in a legacy quiz, the availability times are displayed when a student clicks on a quiz:

This information is not displayed when a student clicks on a New Quiz:

FYI, start times are now displayed, but not end times.

Problem statement:

Students cannot see their time limit for a New Quiz until the quiz "available from" date and time. As an instructor of very large courses, I need students to have agency to check/confirm that their accommodations have been applied to relevant assessments (and follow up with me if necessary); in manually adding MANY time adjustments in large courses, there is always a risk of human error. In Classic Quizzes, each student could see their duration, so could confirm the duration was correct for them, but this doesn't happen in New Quizzes.

Proposed solution:

When a New Quiz is published but not yet available, it should still show students their quiz duration - the assessment is published, so students can click to it to receive information. Having this function would give transparency between instructor and student about extra time accommodations, and thus decrease the consequences of human error; when MANY time adjustments have to be entered manually in large courses, there needs to be a way for accommodations to be checked by the student.
