[New Quizzes] Exportable Quiz Log Data

Problem statement:

Quiz log data is only available on the webpage while viewing it. We have faculty and data analysists asking for exportable/downloadable data. While this is possible via API, the amount of steps it takes to get the data needed is extreme.

Proposed solution:

Have an export/download CSV option when viewing quiz log to include timestamps, activity, and question numbers. This should be available both in Classic and New Quizzes.
