[New Quizzes] Interface Improvements - Font and Alignment

Problem statement:

Many of the New Quiz question types have poor vertical alignment (anything with a drop down, fill in the blanks etc.). This makes the system look unfinished and does not portray the system as a professional, quality product.

Proposed solution:

Ensure that font sizing and alignment is consistent, so that they present the system in the best possible light.
