[New Quizzes] Item Bank Sharing - Add user identifiers

Problem statement:

It is difficult to identify users in the Item Bank sharing menu. When sharing Item Banks with a person who shares a name with someone else (John Doe and John Doe), it will only show names with no ID or unique identifier attached. The user does not know which person to select. This is a FERPA concern in addition to other concerns about incorrectly sharing course materials.

Proposed solution:

Similar to the “Send To” function add the login ID to make it clear who the Item Bank is being shared with.
