[New Quizzes] Limit the max score on a second attempt on tests and quizzes

Problem statement:

I would like to see a way of limiting the max score a student can earn in a test that has been given a second or third attempt.

Proposed solution:

In moderating a quiz or test when we add another attempt, we must have a button that limits the score to a maximum value- we should be able to set this max value , where the fudge score would be changed to accommodate this change. If we do want to know the original score of the student , we can always go to the fudge points and use it to determine the original score.
