[Notifications] Option to be Notified of Survey Completion

Problem statement:

Under course notification I can select to immediately receive a notification for all course submissions. However, this does not include surveys (quiz tool) that are automatically graded. I like to check these immediately, as they are "Getting to Know You" surveys that tell me about the students in my course, such as the pronouns they use. If they have a question or concern, I can respond to it immediately. Sometimes a day or two goes by before I realize another student has submitted the survey.

Proposed solution:

My recommendation is that there is an option to provide notifications for graded surveys.
