[Notifications] Present a Link in a Conversation Notification to the Message itself

Problem statement:

When I receive a message (conversation) notification from a student via Outlook, a link is provided. When I click on the link, I end up in my Canvas Inbox and have to search for the message again. This is inconvenient.

Proposed solution:

Please: Provide a link that includes the message ID and opens the message in the Canvas Inbox without me having to search for it. This would be a time saver.
