[Outcomes] Embedded Assessment comments

Problem statement:

Is it possible for faculty to add comments when they’re doing embedded assessment and for those comments to show up in the outcomes report, plus the report? I don’t see a place for comments to be included in the report. Right now if someone adds a comment, the assignment score doesn’t end up in the outcomes report.

Proposed solution:

Could that functionality change so the comments are included in the results report?
