[Outcomes] Institution and Course Outcome Icons
Problem statement:
We have added several institutional outcomes. When professors add their own outcomes and some institutional outcomes they both have the same target icon. Can the icon for institutional outcomes be a separate icon?
Proposed solution:
Create separate icons for institutional versus non-institutional outcomes.
