Some instructors read all the reviews themselves and then decide to do their own grading, and some instructors prefer to have students do the grading of a peer review assignment themselves. The latter is especially desirable for very large courses where only a few bonus points may be at stake. Currently, instructors can only view the rubrics for 2 or more peer reviews. They then have to calculate an average of the scores themselves and enter it into the grade field. This is very cumbersome, especially when there are hundreds of peer reviews.
In order to facilitate and simplify the automatic transfer of points from peer reviews, it should always be possible to transfer the average of all points directly into the rating field, without teachers having to fill in their own rating scheme. In the case of a peer review with a rubric, the total number of points would be entered. If there are multiple rubrics, the average would be entered.
