[Peer Review] Correct Interface variations for Student-Display

Problem statement:

Depending on whether a student submits a peer review via an assignment, a link in the course to-do list, or a notification, the way the peer review is displayed in SpeedGrader varies greatly. Students are often unfamiliar with this and instructors have problems explaining to students how to proceed because the view and display of the submission in SpeedGrader is so different. We don't see a need for such variations, but according to Instructure Support, this is a feature and not a bug.

Proposed solution:

Please standardize the display - preferably so that it always looks the same as when you click directly on the assigned peer review under "Assignments". In the other display, for example, the peer file submission is very hidden, and overall it is not justifiable for students to have it look different depending on how they clicked there.

Here is the display of how it looks when students access the assigned peer review directly under “ Assignments”.

And here is the display of what it looks like when they get to the assigned peer review via the ToDos in the course, for example (it behaves the same way when they click on the task via a notification)
