[People] Role to Show Only Active Students

Problem statement:

It is not a problem. It is a suggestion to add a roll to the people section.

Proposed solution:

In the People section, there are a number of various rolls to select from. I would like a roll for teachers to be able to show only active students, and not show the inactive students. Inactive students just clutter the list. Solution: Add a roll that shows just the active students. That's it. Nothing more exciting than that.
