The Act as User function on Canvas is only available at the top account level of Canvas permissions. It would be easier to manage and filter down what staff can/can't see, if this was available on sub accounts. For example, the sub accounts allow us to organise the courses per academic year, which makes the "View all courses" function useful for programme leaders and additional needs staff. However as the Act as User is only available at the top level, it means the Canvas courses view list is also at the top, meaning that in order for them to have both functions, they can view all of the courses across account level, including any courses that we are working on that we don't want other staff to view yet.
Make the Act as User function available at sub account level
