In Canvas Release Notes (2023-07-15), one of the new features outlined was the new ability for instructors to copy and edit grading schemes. Currently, there is no separate permissions set for grading schema, and is not in the Features tab to be enabled/disabled.
To provide admins with greater and more specific control over the modification of grading schemes for their institutions, we would like to request the addition of separate permissions for the editing of grading schemes. The addition of this feature would provide admins with greater flexibility in the administration of roles and permissions, with improved capabilities to manage and maintain grading schemes.
