[Profiles] Extend the display of student pronouns to all screens

Problem statement:

Student pronouns are displayed only on some Canvas screens; complete the rollout to all the screens where student names are presented.

Proposed solution:

The following screens have been identified as a gap; add student pronouns to:

• Course chat
• Gradebook
• Attendance
• New Analytics

Where additional screens are presenting student name, the pronoun shall be presented together with the name in a consistent manner across the product.
