[Reports] Add declared_user_type column to User provisioning report

We've been informed of the (relatively) new addition of the declared_user_type field to users.csv (https://canvas.instructure.com/doc/api/file.sis_csv.html).

We assume it's thus possible  to supply values for this field for example via SIS Import.

However we understand that there is currently no way of getting a report that lists the values that have already been supplied in this field.

We are thus proposing that the Users provisioning report be updated so that these values can be listed.

This is a good idea.
We do not have any SIS system that is integrated with Cavnas. So I have to do everything via SIS import. I have started using the declared_user_type setting.
With a lot of users in Canvas, I sometimes wonder if the user is a student or a teacher. Why is he in Canvas?
Now, I need to maintain a separate column in a spreadsheet with "declared_user_type".

But it would have been great to extract this information from Canvas as a separate column in the User provising report.
