[Rich Content Editor] Ability to Move Media Recorder in New RCE so you can see the text/content in the text box

In the New Rich Content Editor, the media recorder blocks the text/content behind it, so you cannot see or read what is on the screen.  {NOTE:  In the original RCE one could move the recording box in order to see the text in the text box]

Please fix this so that teachers, especially of younger students, or simply for UDL reason, can easily see the text while recording themselves.

Students need this to work as well, for example, in World Language classes, students sometimes type their text, and then record themselves reading it.

Here is a recent communication from a teacher:

When students complete these speaking tasks in Canvas, the camera interface blocks the image prompt, directions, and sentence starters as soon as they click to record. Because both the recording tool and the prompt share the same Canvas page, students are unable to view the visual or language supports while speaking.

I’ve found a couple of workarounds, such as projecting the prompt on the board or having students take a screenshot and split their screen. Clearly, these are not ideal or efficient. I’d like to identify a more sustainable, user-friendly solution that would allow students to view the prompt and sentence frames while recording, similar to the way WIDA tasks are designed.

The speaking tasks she had for students are in Canvas Assignments and they are using the media recorder to respond.   I tried to recreate the prompt in a New Quizzes quiz using the Stimulus feature and an essay question, but the media recorder still blocks the entire page, including the stimulus and question.  So that didn't help -- it's the same problem.
