[Rich Content Editor] Ability to Move Media Recorder in New RCE so you can see the text/content in the text box

In the New Rich Content Editor, the media recorder blocks the text/content behind it, so you cannot see or read what is on the screen.  {NOTE:  In the original RCE one could move the recording box in order to see the text in the text box]

Please fix this so that teachers, especially of younger students, or simply for UDL reason, can easily see the text while recording themselves.

Students need this to work as well, for example, in World Language classes, students sometimes type their text, and then record themselves reading it.

Students need to see the instructions, introduction, guide to conversation when recording with the video tool in the new rich content.

This is particularly crucial in spontaneous speaking in World language courses.

Right now, students have to take a picture of the instructions/introduction before opening the quiz and launching the video:  and therefore they can bypass the "spontaneous" aspect of the assessment which is so very necessary....

Please, fix this so the box can be moved to side or minimized!

Yes, please fix this and let students move the recording box so they can see the quiz question as they record!

In a music class where students are supposed to read and perform the music notation in the quiz question as their response, it his a huge problem. 

I got all the question banks up and running and the quizzes assigned before I realized this was happening. Very frustrating!
