[Rich Content Editor] Add flex and grid alignment properties to HTML allow list

Now that flex and grid properties are available for use (Canvas Deploy Notes (2021-07-07) ) in the HTML editor, could we also add the alignment properties to the allow list? They are being stripped out when I click Save.

Yes please. Anything to allow us to do more with UX design the better. There was so much in the old style guide and it seems like Canvas is moving backwards.
