When I use the Rich Text Editor to alter text on Assignments, Pages, Discussions, Announcements, and old Quizzes, I frequently use its Equation Editor.
When I open the Equation Editor, I would like to immediately begin typing my equation, but the cursor isn't active in the Editor by default---and so after clicking once to open the Equation Editor, I need to click again inside the Equation Editor text box before beginning to type.
This is annoying.
I've already clicked "Equation Editor"---of course that's where I want my cursor to be. Don't make me click twice to begin typing my equation.
