[Rich Content Editor] Update color palette
The color picker palette in the RCE has mostly color choices that produce insufficient color contrast when used as paragraph text. While some colors are obviously very light, the middle row looks like it ought to be acceptable for use as text in the RCE but all of those colors (and two of the five color choices from the darkest row of color choices) result in inaccessible content due to low contrast.
The color choices in the RCE should be updated to colors that will result in sufficient color contrast. Alternately, there could be labeling of the color palette to differentiate color choices that should only be used against a dark background, color choices that can be used with headings or larger font, and color choices that can be used for paragraph text.
