[Rich Content Editor] vinculum/overline and slash/strike-through overlays/diacritics/glyphs in the editor

Problem statement:

 I can't find any other good way to indicate a repeating decimal number. Slash/strike-through would be helpful too for indicating the cancelling out of elements in ratios such as the 2s in (2) / (2*3) and other mathematical expressions. Thanks

Proposed solution:

Please include a vinculum/overline overlay/diacritic/glyph in the editor.
